Between 2006 and 2007, I attended the yoga teachers training with Zeynep Aksoy and David Cornwell at Cihangir Yoga. Following a 200 hours training, I have received the certificate acknowledged by Independent Yoga Network (IYN). In 2007 I have received the certificate for completing the Yin yoga teachers training from Sarah Powers. After the teachers training on Yin Yoga and Anatomy with Paul Grilley, in 2009, I started practicing more intensively Yin Yoga.
Attending intensive training workshops with Tias Little, Sharon Gannon & David Life, Peter Sterious, Godfrey Devereux, I continue teaching and learning from my practice. Being also a Reiki instructor, I started my Reiki training in 2002 with Gülcan Arpacioglu. In 2005, I took the training on original Reiki techniques with the Reiki Master William Lee Rand. In 2003 I have completed my training in emotional freedom techniques (EFT).
