Dee Fey is certified in Yin yoga by Corina Benner AND Nyk Danu and has been teaching yin exclusively since October 2018.
In addition to the physical benefits of her regular yang practice, Dee has also sensed a positive mental shift from her yin practice – she became more settled, still, and at ease.
