Deborah Nestola Melbourne (Cheltenham)
I first fell in-love with yoga over eighteen years ago through studio and pre-natal classes and pursued my passion through attending classes, retreats and study of the 8 fold path of Yoga both in Bali and Australia. I discovered the practice of yin yoga five years ago in Bali and knew then, that this was my calling. I completed my Diploma of Yoga Teaching, 500 Hours, with The Victorian Institute of Yoga Teaching and Training (VIYETT) and am an accredited Yoga teacher with “Yoga Australia”. I currently teach weekly Yin classes in Cheltenham, Victoria and will be offering YIN retreats in Rye, Victoria in 2015. I look forward to bringing my love of YIN and the 8 fold path of Yoga to my students and sharing with them this beautiful journey inwards.
