Yin has been an amazing addition to my Hatha yoga practice, both on and off the mat.  It challenges us to find stillness, holding postures for longer to allow a deeper connection with the pose.  I love how the body relaxes, lets go of tension and the mind starts to slow down.   It is an absolute pleasure to share this practice.

I have trained in Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Hatha, Vinyasa and  Yin Yoga.  I also specialise in Menopause Yoga and hold regular workshops to help women to share, support and thrive.

I teach in a gentle and supporting style, with a little bit of humour.  I truly believe that yoga is for everyone – if you can breath, you can do yoga!”
