I have been teaching yoga since 2018 and have completed the 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Bernie Clark in addition to my 500-hour RYT certification.

My classes are a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga and other types of exercise that tend to emphasize internal heat and the lengthening/contraction of muscles. Although my own Lunar YogaⒸ classes will include a bit of yang energy within each sequence, the primarily yin practice will target your connective tissues, ligaments, bones, and joints; working to improve your overall flexibility and range of motion. While Yin is passive and soft, it can be quite challenging, not only physically, but mentally as well, due to the duration of the poses (anywhere from 2-8 minutes) which allow the deeper tissues ample time to stretch/be stressed.

I would welcome you as a visitor at one of my upcoming classes!
