If I hadn’t stumbled into yoga in 2015, my life might still feel black and white today. Through steady practice, more and more shades of color have appeared – moments of calm, strength, curiosity, and quiet joy. Along the way I have been fortunate to learn from many different teachers and to explore a wide range of styles, each adding new nuance and perspective to my life on and off the mat. Over time, the wish to teach grew naturally from this experience.
After several years of searching I finally found my Yang teacher in Dr. Ronald Steiner, a medical doctor who brings yoga to life with precise, scientific clarity and deep respect for tradition. Later my path led me to my Yin teacher, Bernie Clark, whose teachings offer profound scientific insight into Yin Yoga and the human body. Between these two poles – Yang and Yin – my own way of sharing yoga continues to unfold.
