Dáša Vaďurová

Dáša Vaďurová    Prague, Czech Republic

Dáša understands Yoga as the means of self-knowledge, a perfect mirror, a safe harbor in the vibrant ocean of the inner and the outer world, a psycho-spiritual system. Dáša teaches how to look inside, observe, allow yourself to experience, carry emotions, heal the body and yourself.

Dáša started yoga almost twelve years ago, followed by Hatha and Iyengar yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Ashtanga, until it came to the meeting with the one that showed her how to meaningfully and practically link body work and meditation. How to look inside, observe, surrender the process, discover one’s possibilities and boundaries, allow to experience, carry emotions, heal the body. The last jewel is Yin Yoga, which she feels she cannot just leave for herself, and which, along with techniques based on more dynamic types of yoga, she wishes to convey
