Darcy is a Spiritual Witch Yogini. Her Yin Yoga classes and workshops are imbued with sparkling passion, endless patience, silly moments, and genuine care. She guides all levels of students through relaxation and breath techniques, body awareness, and safe, supported yin yoga shapes, as well as simple meditation. Like meditation, the consistent, conscious practice of Yin Yoga can help us create space for peace and contentment, from the inside out.
Since 2009, Darcy has had the honor to guide thousands of students toward ~empowering their own natural recovery from daily and/or chronic stresses, ~practicing deep listening, ~and living a little lighter.
