Daphne Luke    Auckland

Daphne is an experienced teacher based in Auckland and teaches full time. She teaches yin and vinyasa and is a senior teacher under Paul Grilley. Daphne is also yin trained with Sarah Powers and Bernie Clark and is a registered teacher with the Yin Yoga Institute. Along with her regular classes she often travels overseas conducting yin yoga workshops and teacher trainings. She has been teaching in New Zealand for ten years and before that taught yoga in Europe. Her classes focus on empowering students to find their own practice and unique style in each pose respecting skeletal variation and anatomical uniqueness.
