Danielle Hoogenboom    Vancouver, B.C.

Danielle Hoogenboom is the founder of Love Light Yoga and praises the art of yoga as the origins of her physical healing and the source of her spiritual strength. She has been practicing for 9 years and is certified in Hatha, Yin and Prenatal Yoga. Danielle strives to share the beauty of Yin Yoga that teaches us how to restore the balance in your own lives through personal awareness and devotion to inner freedom from habits and repetitive nature. Learning to approach our bodies and minds creatively, passionately and mindfully is our greatest challenge.

“My teaching is a creative expression of my life and an extension of my artistic practice. I share a fusion of my studies, interpretations and experiences to help people find their radiance again and continue to shine it bright. Yoga is love in action and a powerful tool for social change”

Danielle currently teaches in numerous studios in Vancouver.
