First introduced to yoga in New Zealand in 1995, Dani has practiced, taught and studied yoga in India, Canada, Asia and Europe. She is passionate about sharing yoga with others because of the transformational nature of this practice and it’s ability to connect us with every aspect of life. Her classes creatively fuse the essence of classical Indian hatha yoga with Tibetan Buddhist traditions and Asian healing arts, so that students can awaken to their inner teacher and develop a flexible and peaceful body, mind and spirit through breathe awareness and energy flow.
