I love to work with clients to achieve levels of flexibility and relaxation that may be missing from their busy lives. My 40+ years of personal yoga practice has been an integral part of my life. I have practiced Ananda, Anusara, Ashtanga, Bikram, Hatha, Hot, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Kripalu, Kundalini, Laughter, Naam, Power Vinyasa, Restorative, Sivananda, the Barkan Method, Viniyoga, and Yin Yoga and love them all!
In 2008 I completed two 200-hour teacher trainings and was certified by both Lotus Gardens Yoga School in CT, USA and Hot Yoga of New Zealand in Nelson. I’ve received specialty training in yoga for children from Growing Lotus Kids in CT, USA and in Restorative Yoga from Inspire Yoga, Nelson, NZ. I am certified to teach Jill Miller’s Roll Model Method and her Body by Breath. This Yin teacher training will be seamlessly integrated into my offerings.
