Crystal got into yoga in 2010, to help deal with the stress of returning from an overseas deployment with the Military. She found Yin Yoga and was hooked. She would like to share the Yoga with others, so that they may benefit as she has and does from a regular practice and mindfulness. She Teaches Yin as well as Baptiste Style Power Vinyasa because one simply cannot have the yin without the yang.
She would be honoured to take you through a class, whether it be in studio or a class in her personal studio or yours!
