Courtney Doyle

Courtney Doyle      Philadelphia

Courtney began learning yoga as a kid in the 90s, under the guidance of her aunt, in her grandparents’ basement. Growing up, this practice held a special place in her heart, and she began to practice more seriously when she moved to Philadelphia in 2016. Throughout COVID, Courtney shifted gears from corporate work to guide yoga and mindfulness practices full-time. She completed her 200HR YTT through Yoga on Main, which incorporated yin yoga. Through this experience, her love for the therapeutic aspects of yoga, both on and off the mat, grew. She went on to complete her 800HR IAYT yoga therapy training, a 95HR CYTT, 40HR trauma-informed training, and 25HR yoga for recovery training.

Expect yin with Courtney to encompass both body and mind work. This could consist of mind-body awareness, meditation and mindfulness aspects, exploring your edges, energy balancing, and the ability to find stillness in a rushed world.
