My love of yoga began with my first class in college over 15 years ago. Many things have changed in my life, but yoga is the one constant I can rely on to keep me focused and connected to what is important. I specialize in gentle Vinyasa, Restorative and, Yin inspired yoga. My classes are designed to be stimulating, yet peaceful. I aim to keep class accessible and fun for everyone. Yoga is not just for those who are already flexible, it is available to everyone who is looking for balance and stability in their lives: physically; mentally; and, emotionally.
