Cinza Wilson     Eugene

Cinza and has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years. She was certified by Kundalini Research Institute/Yoga Alliance and has done her Yin teacher training with the Grilleys. Cinza is on faculty at the University of Oregon’s Mind/Body department. She has volunteered to lead the early morning sadhana practices of reading, yoga and meditation in an ashram for several years and studies Soto Zen Meditation, has a Masters in Psychology.

Cinza sees the path of Yin as a way to find alignment with one’s most unique self and needs on the mat or as we move about in our lives and a wonderful way to develop one’s own personal practice. She is available for small private groups or individual Yin practice and as a resource with body workers, fitness and medical professionals assisting their clients to gain or regain mobility using Yin techniques.
