Teaching since 2006, Cindy is continuously inspired by the transformative nature of Yoga to affect change and promote health on many different levels. The beauty of being, embodies her Yin Yoga teaching and practice. Cindy teaches weekly Yin Yoga classes in Lakeville, CT, at Yoga at Space, and offers a variety of Yin Yoga classes and workshops in the Litchfield County area. Cindy studied Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley, Bernie Clark and Diana Batts. She is a nationally registered E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Instructor holding both 500 hour Embodyoga and 200 hour YogaWorks Certifications. She holds advanced teacher certifications in Yin Yoga, Yoga of Recovery, Yoga of the Heart for Cardiac and Cancer Care, Restorative Yoga, Chakra Yoga, and Ayurveda.
