Cindy Glennon

Cindy Glennon RYT-200   Salem

Cindy guides students in their connection to themselves and their path to discovering the holistic physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga and meditation. Her classes welcome all levels and abilities, with an emphasis on safe exploration, listening to the wisdom of one’s own body, and developing connection to mindful breath. Holding space for each student to practice within their own intention, she encourages them to know their own bodies, minds, and emotions and to extend their practice off the mat and into their daily lifestyle. Cindy encourages her students to find their own center, strength, and resiliency and to make space to appreciate everyday treasures in life.

Cindy completed her 200 hour teacher training with Jacqui Bonwell and Yin Yoga teacher training with Sagel Urlacher. She is training currently with Willa Worsfold. She is Balanced Athlete Certified and a Reiki II practitioner. Cindy loves to learn and share with her students.
