Christina von Jakubowski    Aachen

Christina is a teacher who always tries to meet the individual needs of her students. Every body and soul is unique and thus a modern yoga class has to take care of individuality. For Christina, the teachings of Yin yoga are like the missing peace of the Yang-styles. Yin takes care of every anatomical shape and every spiritual being. The classes offer space for deep meditation, reflection and innerness while nourishing the body and leading the individual back to balance. Fascinated by the possibilities to deepen the practice through Yin, Christina completed her Teacher Training with Jo Phee and studies the findings of anatomy and fascia research with great enthusiasm. Her students can be sure to be taken care of in their uniqueness and to leave classes more balanced.
