Chris Garrison     Fort Worth, Texas
200 E-RYT

I began practicing yoga to recover after having spinal fusion in 2001 so I teach with an awareness that our weaknesses can be our greatest opportunities for growth. My practice was very limited in the beginning but over time I regained mobility and gain exponential strength in mind and body. I have been a certified 200 E-RYT in Texas Power Yoga since 2010, I’ve also studied Ashtanga, Yin, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Prenatal & Children’s Yoga, Assisting & Modifications. Regardless of the style, I focus on teaching more ease and less struggle. It is my goal to create each class with balance by focusing on the connection between breath and movement leaving you stronger and more aware.
