Cheryl Boyles

Cheryl Boyles    Wrightwood, California

Cheryl became interested in yoga after sustaining debilitating spinal injuries. She earned her first yoga certification, and began teaching in 2003. In 2011, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at White Lotus Foundation, and is registered with Yoga Alliance.

Cheryl wholeheartedly believes consistent yoga practice promotes healing, as evidenced by her own personal experience. Recently this journey led her to the discovery of Yin Yoga. After being amazed and delighted by the effects of Yin Yoga in her own practice, she began offering the class to her students, and it has been met with fantastic enthusiasm!

Cheryl is committed to making yoga accessible to people of all body types, helping them to manage stress, increase in strength and flexibility, and correct muscular and structural imbalances. It is her goal to make every class a truly positive experience for her students, and Yin Yoga has made that goal infinitely more obtainable!
