Catherine Synnott Boucherville
Catherine started her fitness journey in a gym, teaching cardio classes. She was then drawn to Pilates and Yoga. After doing a lot of Yang practice & teaching, she had the call to go to the Yin-side. In her own practice, the meditative side of the Yin is what really speaks and resonates with her, even though her teaching is more down to earth and functional. Catherine did her 200 hour teacher training with YogaWorks and her Yin Teacher Training with Bernie Clark.
