Cat Doyle

Cat Doyle   Ottawa, Ontario

Cat's extensive teaching experience and happy joie de vivre offer students mental clarity, physical wellness and an enhanced, joyful practice. Cat believes that the first step to living an inspired and ever-evolving life is to unroll the mat.

Having taught full-time since 2011, Cat completed her 500 hour training in Brazil and 50 hour Yin training in 2014. She has exceeded 4,000 teaching hours in studios in Canada and abroad. Cat’s an excellent connector and enjoys learning about her students, from their practice to their lives. She blossoms in yoga communities. Cat is a globetrotter who loves people and places far more than "stuff"; she’s been to over 30 countries. A lifelong learner, she holds a BSc in biology and psychology. Outside of yoga, Cat shares passions for reading, running, scuba diving and leading a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
