I came in contact with yoga 15 years ago. After a hernia surgery I didn’t recover very well and yoga really opened up my lower back. I was hooked! After practising for a few years, I decided to deepen my practise and followed a 300hrs Vinyasa TT. After that I wanted to deepen my practise even more and followed a yin yoga teacher training with Sarah Powers.  Since then I continued my studies under Sarah and have also followed a Yin Yoga TT with Bernie Clark and Jo Phee. I’m very grateful to be able to study with these amazing inspiring teachers and happy to pass on these teachings to my students.
