Carmen Peralto

Carmen Peralto    Malaga

Carmen Peralto was introduced to yoga in 2012.  She has practised and studied different yoga disciplines such as Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga.  She has been teaching since 2018, and she is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT200 and YACEP provider. She is the co-Director of Teachers Training Program at PranaYoga studio & Yin yoga en español (esyinyoga) in Málaga (Spain).

Beside her ashtanga practice she found in Yin yoga another way to explore the body and she has studied and continues to study with Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Bernie Clark and others.

Carmen guides intuitive, flowing Vinyasa and Yin sequences from beginner to advance levels. She is known to experiment by incorporating and fusing techniques from her various trainings backgrounds such as: Yin-Taoist, Iyengar- Restorative, Asthanga-Vinyasa. Her goal is to provide a safe, effective environment that meets the needs of each individual.
