In 2008 Caity decided to pursue her 200 RYT in integrative hatha flow yoga at the Om Place in Winchester, Kentucky. Since this training, Caity has shared her gift of teaching with a variety of students, ranging from teenagers in alternative school to small children with disabilities in South India. She has taught both intense core-focused classes and gentle flow yoga. She currently focuses on teaching a dynamic yin class that combines deep stretching, meditation, and relaxation. In Caity’s personal life, yoga has become an essential component to help maintain balance in a flurry of continuous travel and hard-work as she moves toward completion of a Ph.D in evolutionary anthropology.
