I am a 500 hour certified Yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. I have practiced various styles of Yoga for 20 years. My teacher training includes Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and Pranayama. I am also an Ayurvedic Health Coach. YIN IS IN and, i’m here to show you the benefits of incorporating this science based art of stillness in your life.
I operate a private teaching practice by appointment. In addition to traveling extensively between the Seattle and San Diego areas, I can be found in the Los Cabos, Mexico area several times a year.
