Brigitte Marsden Woodstock
Learn yoga or develop your practice in classes with a focus on safe, mindful movement that works for you – your body, your needs. As well as completing a Yoga Alliance recognised 300 hour teacher training in mindful Hatha Vinyasa (Yang) and Yin Yoga, Brigitte has an additional 13 hour certification in Chair Yoga. She is also a qualified classroom teacher, and has experience of working with families with babies and young children.
Brigitte’s emphasis on mindful body awareness is calming and builds focus while also helping students listen to their bodies and practice yoga safely. And thanks to SYTT’s focus on anatomical and skeletal variation, which acknowledges that every body is different, Brigitte provides options to fit her Yin Yoga and Yang Yoga students’ needs.
Since Brigitte is an art teacher and writer too, customised workshops and retreats combining the benefits of Yin and Yang Yoga and mindfulness with stress-reduction, art and writing are also available.
