Brehan Corveau

Brehan Corveau      Anchorage, AK

Brehan Corveau, RYT, has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years after first being introduced while studying in Geneva, Switzerland.  She received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training guided by the foundational practices of Kundalini Yoga from the lineage third-generation yogi, Guru Singh.  She has since completed an additional 30 hour Yin Yoga Teacher training and is a Level 1 and 2 Reiki practitioner.

Her Yin Yoga classes weave in pranayama, mantra and mudra as well as guided meditation and relaxation practices. Through yoga, she has come to accept and welcome the full spectrum of emotions and feelings, a reflection of the natural balance of it all.  Yoga has gifted her the opportunity to experience embodiment as a tool to heal her spirit while inspiring self-awareness and acceptance.  Her desire is to invite others to welcome in the practice of Yin by eliminating the distraction of movement; offering them a way back into themselves.
