Beth Morris   Asheville, North Carolina
E-RYT 200,  RYT 500

I teach yin, yang such as vinyasa, gentle flow and hot power, restorative, kids yoga, family yoga, and am a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) with David Emerson and the Justice Resource Institute out of Boston. I am currently a E-RYT 200,  RYT 500, and a YACEP. I appreciate continuing to learn through research, feedback, experience and curiosity of how yoga might be a possible tool of interoception, agency, empowerment and choice for anyone to pilot their own plane – your body, your practice, your choice.
