Benny has been practicing Hatha and Iyengar yoga since she was 15 years old but only discovered Yin Yoga in 2015. Since then she has never looked back and continues training in and teaching this wonderful practice wherever and whenever she can.
Despite her strong alignment background her classes take on a functional approach and cultivate a sense of self awareness and stillness that is much needed in this day and age.
