I have practiced yoga for over 20 years and I discovered Yin around 4 years ago. It has helped me to re-program my body through the connective tissue and find deeper physical and emotional balance in my life. Yin is perfect for all ages and no yoga experience is necessary. It is especially helpful for very busy and active ‘yang’ people looking to unwind or people with any long term joint limitations or injuries.

During Yin Yoga, we invite you to move through series of nurturing and restorative static long holds, supported on the mat. This is an ideal invitation to go inwards to allow the unfolding of our bodies inherent intelligence and activate new healing pathways through the meridian system. Dive deeper into exploring the beautiful polarities of both our receptive flow state, our ‘Yin Nature’, and our activated ‘Yang energy’ with the unique Yin Yang Yoga classes.
