Belinda Hoffmann     Ludwigsburg

I have been teaching yoga since 2009, along with my husband, in a little studio in Ludwigsburg, Germany. We mainly teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. The year 2014 has been an exciting year for me, as I can now say I’m qualified to teach Yin Yoga! This quiet, peaceful yoga practice has touched me as yogini and yoga teacher. In body, mind and above all my heart. I completed my training in Mental Yin Yoga with Karo Wagner (owner & principal of VINYASA Yoga Academy) and Tasja Walther. Tanja Seehofer trained me in the workshop and with Josh Summers, I found a yoga teacher who really touched my heart with Yin Yoga. With him I was able to deepen my experience of Yin Yoga and meditation. It would be my pleasure and joy to share this knowledge and experience with you!
