Beatrice is a 200 hour RYT and psychologist who has been practicing yoga since 2001. She completed BA and MA degrees from Montclair State University and a doctorate degree (Psy.D.) from Pace University in School-Clinical Child Psychology.

In 2020, she completed a 200 hour YTT with My VInyasa Practice based in Austin, TX. In 2021, she completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts. She has practiced yoga in a variety of styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Prenatal, Restorative, Iyengar, and Yin. As a teacher, she enjoys incorporating mindfulness techniques and offering creative sequences to keep students engaged. She strives to make yoga fun and accessible in a safe and creative space where students can learn to explore, nurture and challenge themselves. She is a strong believer of supporting students as they travel their own yogic journeys.
