Barbara Gee

Barbara Gee    Portsmouth & Jamestown

Barbara?s yoga journey began more than 30 years ago. Over the years she has learned from many traditions including Buddhism, Zazen, Shiatsu, Transcendental Meditation, Aikido, and Pilates. Her study of meridian theory and Shiatsu in the school of Ohashi now informs her Yin Yoga practice. As well as Yin Yoga, she teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Meditation. She is completing her 500-hour teacher training in Prana Flow with Coral Brown, and Ayurveda & Yoga certification with Jessica Ferrol.

Born and raised in London, Barbara has traveled and worked internationally. Her work in television and writing has always been about communicating, and now she chooses to communicate her love of yoga: “Yoga answers all my questions, and then presents me with more. I?m entranced by it all.”
