I began teaching group yin yoga classes in 2013 after my initial yoga teacher training. I broadened that to include private yin sessions after my Yoga Therapy training in 2014.
Yin continues to be the practice that I personally rely on to keep my mind calm, my body agile and young, and my spirit centered and calm. Yin has been for me and my clients a grounding, deeply relaxing, and profoundly beneficial experience that continues to meet and transform us, softly and quietly.
I am available for virtual sessions worldwide.
