Ashton has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is currently studying to become a yoga therapist. Her original practice started with Iyengar alignment based yoga and over the years she has studied Yin Yoga with Paul & Suzee Grilley, Bernie Clark and Sara Powers.
Her heart is healing, helping and empowering individuals physically, mentally and spiritually. She lives on a ranch in West Texas and offers classes via Zoom based on each individual’s needs and goals.
