Ashley Limehouse

Ashley Limehouse     Charleston

Ashley has a 200-hour RYT certification covering Yin, meditation, prenatal, trauma sensitive, & Vinyasa. She feels fortunate to have an amazing mentor plus additional influences in her life that have guided her in her role as a teacher. With a background as a bodywork therapist, she’s able to bring her years of therapy knowledge into her teachings. Using the physical body as a medium to the only thing this practice is invested in; the ability and the art of letting go.

With combined therapy, meditation, and yoga practices she uses them as tools to transport students not just in their physical bodies but also help them connect to the universe at large. During her first training she was introduced to Yin yoga, and is now so grateful to say that she is able to take up an additional training with Bernie Clark in Vancouver, and what a privilege it was.

Ashley is confident in the tools  that she have been given by her teachers to share with you and hope that you do stop by if you’re in the area.
