I mostly teach Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga restorative. I love to incorporate psychology and spirituality into the practice and to make it accessible to all. I truly believe in the ability of Yoga to change our lives for the best, both on a body point of view and on a spiritual level. Yin Yoga is a perfect way to complete a more dynamic practice. It’s a beautiful way to bring meditation to the mind through the body and the breath. So welcome on board if you’d like to come to my classes in Strasbourg (France)!
