Take this awareness off the mat to find perspective & balance with greater ease at home, work, alone & with others. She weaves in breath & meditation techniques to support the mind resting in the unfolding present. Ara has been teaching classes, trainings & practicing yoga for 20 years (E-RYT500, YACEP, 5000+ hours training/teaching yin, restorative, qigong, hatha, flow, meditation, anatomy, kundalini, prenatal, reiki).
