AnneSophie Sjöblom    Stockholm

AnneSophie Sjöblom is an experienced yoga teacher. She runs a well known yoga studio in Stockholm, Sweden, where she teaches classes, runs workshops and also offers appreciated teacher training in Yin Yoga. Her mentor and main teacher in Yin Yoga is Biff Mithoefer, whom she also assists at his classes and trainings in Sweden. Her way of teaching is known as compassionate and humble and are based on a deep knowledge of yoga. She is continuously studying and deepening her own practice in many ways. Her passions are Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama and Ayurveda.
