I discovered Yoga around 10 years ago and found it a perfect practice to balance my lifestyle, developing my mobility and flexibility, giving me change to balance and keep my mental wellness and health.
Later on I decided to immerse more into it and learn a little bit more, becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher 3 years ago. I realized Yoga is not a trend but a long-life path of continuous discovery and learning. As the body changes through life, I found the importance of balancing both Yin and Yang practices and now I am involved with my community and my students, sharing the knowledge of Yoga with them.
