I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching since 2020. My yin yoga training came from Yoga International & Bernie Clark’s online program.
My Yin Yoga classes are accessible for beginners and aim to explore concepts of interoception and meditation. We emphasize static holds and practice at a slow pace to deeply stretch the fascia and provide deep relaxation. In group classes we explore topics including: the chakras, animal symbolism, guided meditation and body neutrality. In private sessions, I design my program to fit your specific needs. Whether you want to explore yoga as an athlete, someone working on loving their body or simply just want to reduce stress there is yoga available for you.
