Anat Geiger    Amsterdam

I have been studying yoga intensely since 1996 and the more I study the more Yoga seems to expend and unfold. Different styles offer diferent approaches, and with an open mind we can always find one that will suit us at any given time and need. The main purpose in my classes is to reduce constriction, physical, mental or otherwise, and create a feeling of presence and well being that can maybe be carried out of the class and into the world.

I studied Classical Yoga with Tersa Caldas, Centered Yoga with Dona Holleman and Yin Yoga with Paul and Suzee Grilley, and am co-founder of the YogaGarden studio in Amsterdam.
