Amy Kirk

Amy Kirk    Bethlehem

In 1996, Amy Kirk left an intense martial arts after being introduced to Hatha Yoga. She received her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification in 2001 and has taught yoga ever since. Amy’s interest in the eastern philosophies has never faded and in 2019, she received her Yin Yoga Teacher certification.

Amy has also received additional Teacher Certificates in Restorative Yoga, Children’s Yoga, and an additional 200-Hour Teacher Certification from the Himalayan Institute. Drawing from lineages such as Kripalu, Kundalini, Iyengar, and the Himalayan Institute, she infuses each class she leads with the gifts each of these traditions has to offer.

Amy’s hope is to facilitate a safe space for inner reflection and awareness of your own empowerment to become the optimal you!
