I have been practicing Yin Yoga since 2014. I have always loved it, but it took on new meaning for me a few years ago as I came to terms with and recovered from the effects of a Nervous Breakdown and ME/CFS. Practicing Mindful Yin Yoga was instrumental in my return to mind-body health and my sustained wellness today.
Now a qualified Yoga Teacher with specialist certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga, along with a Meditation Teacher diploma, I am in the fortunate position to share this wonderful practice with others and specialise in a mind-body approach to stress and fatigue management.
