Amanda D    Vancouver, B.C.

I first tried yoga back in 1999, shortly after I moved to Vancouver. I have to admit that it was not love at first sight. But over the years, I realized that yoga was repeatedly something I found myself coming back to, until eventually I never left. My classes are aimed at anyone who wants to get on a mat and maybe a few of you who aren’t quite sure. Educational, challenging and fun. Learn a pose and maybe learn a bit about yourself at the same time. Yoga provides physical, mental and spiritual benefits but I encourage students to take what resonates with them and leave what doesn’t. Strengthen, lengthen, stretch, grow, balance, be happy, find peace.
