Allison is an international teacher of yoga, Reiki and meditation. To date, she has trained over 800 yogis to become empowered and inspired yoga teachers. Allison’s teaching style springs intuitively from the heart, supported by extensive background training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tantra and Chakra Yoga Therapy.
