Alison Quinlan Dublin
Alison teaches yin classes with an emphasis on releasing stress in the body and mind, creating freedom of energy, the openness of mind and body. She has a passion for the exploration of stillness, sitting with discomfort and introspection profoundly enriching to her entire yoga life on and off the mat.
Her first Yin Class was with Savira Gupta in 2014, after that training extensively with Josh Summers and more recently with Alexandra Denkinger gaining a deeper understanding of yin therapeutic practice.
Alison divides her time between Ireland and India where she teaches Retreats and TTC’s. Her ‘Sleep Clinic’ programme will be launching in Winter 2020 where a deep dive into stillness is explored. Alison also works at The Gary Kelly Cancer Support Center offering a range of Holistic Yoga practices to its clients. She is known for her sense of humour, love of music and dance and most important her soothing voice.
