I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and love the mental, spiritual and physical support yoga provides me.
I currently lead Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga classes as well as Yoga Nidra and meditation and provide private classes and workshops.
I love taking continued education to help me have the best tools to support students in their own yoga and meditation practices.
Yin yoga has quickly become my favourite practice for athletes and yoga students alike. We all can benefit from slowing down and listening a little bit more.
